Cats must be able to adapt to the presence of other cats.

Healthy

Your cat must be in good health, with no signs of illness in the last week.

Safe Environment

No cats have passed away in the surrounding environment within the last 2 weeks.

Refund Policy

Extend: As long as there are available room slots, you may extend your stay.
Cancellation & Refund:
- D-14 to D-7: 75% refund
- D-6 to D-3: 50% refund
- D-2 to D-Day: No refund
